The live program begins April 30 and includes:

• Live online spot coaching sessions with me each of the 12 weeks of the live program. The sessions are held on Wednesdays at 1pm ET and go about 2.5 hours. You and the other families can submit your questions/challenges in advance and then I'll select the ones that best fit the week's topic. If you can join live you can come off mute for live spot coaching with me. Or if you can't (or prefer not to) I'll answer your question without you so you can watch the recording.
• A positive, proactive online parent community, where my expert team will coach you through your questions and challenges. My team is in the community providing support five days a week. Your cohort's other families are sharing ideas and cheering you on around the clock.  

Upon enrollment you and the additional caregiver you choose (two logins total) get immediate and lifetime access to:

• 85 pre-recorded educational videos (also available by podcast) that will walk you through my 5A Framework® and all the insights and strategies you need to transform your parenting journey.
• My private podcast, with more than 350 episodes of spot coaching and Q&As from past cohorts of the program. This resource will continue to grow with each cohort.

And then there are the bonuses, including:

• Live sessions with topical experts. This includes two sessions with a nervous system expert to help you heal your own nervous system, three sessions with my husband on being a non-lead parent, and more! (All are recorded for those who cannot attend them live.)
